Rachael is a character in House Party.
When Rachael entered the party with some alcohol in a Thermos, Frank took it away and locked it into the shelf he is guarding. After handing it back to her, you get to know about her glamorous friend and porn star Vickie Vixen and their ongoing challenge to dare each other via text messages. She has two tattoos, one of some flying birds on her right shoulder, the other one is a flower at her right wrist (only revealed when she is topless).

Rachael is a romanceable character. After completing Dare Interference you will be able to send her seven spoofed text messages and eventually dare her to fuck you; depending on her Romance meter she will accept the dare to trigger a cutscene in the Master Bedroom, which earns the Rachael achievement. Rachael's cutscene is not a repeatable event.
After completing Training Day, you and Vickie can proposition Rachael for a threesome. Rachael will always agree to do this if you dare her.
During Benedict Brahrnold you have the option to make Rachael give Patrick a blowjob to get the Cock Keyring.
There is also some surreal sexual content with Rachael and Lety if you earn the achievement Derezzed.
After completing Patty's Striking Resemblance you will gain access to Compubrah's VR mode, which has a limited simulation of Rachael. If you instead get Compubrah through Benedict Brahrnold, he will have more time to scan Rachael, and the simulation will have more intimacy options.
