It falls from the hot air balloon that Arin and Dan were in. Use it on the Grumps to get them back to their LiveStream.
Walkthrough[]
Pick it up from the Yard
Go to the Grumps and use it on them
They will tell you to throw a few in the Hot Tub.
When they give up on that, follow them to the Fire Pit.
Throw a drop of one in the Fire Pit when they are seated to get the psychedelic way to accomplish the Return of the Grumps opportunity
